REFUND & REPLACEMENT

We provide two options for your satisfaction: a full refund for your order if requested within 30 days from the invoice date, or a replacement delivery available within a one-year period.

  1. The merchandise you receive is faulty, damaged, fractured, or malfunctioning.
  2. Items from your order are missing or lost.
  3. The received item differs in size, color, or customization from what was expected.
  4. The product does not meet your expectations or align with our described specifications.

In addition to the reasons mentioned earlier, here are additional factors that may impact your eligibility for a full refund within 30 days or a replacement order:

  1. Requesting a refund after the 10-day refund window has passed.
  2. Change of mind or no longer desiring the item.
  3.  Intending to request modifications to the size, color, or customization of the received item.
  4. Selection of incorrect size, address, product, or customization details, among others.
  5.  Damage to the product due to improper use, mishandling, or inadequate maintenance.

STEP 2: Please provide a detailed description of the issue you encountered, accompanied by a photograph of the item you received or a photo of the shipping label.

STEP 3: Obtain our support once your ticket has been received by the Customer Service department.         

 

After we process your refund, your financial institution may take additional time to release the funds to your account. Please see the details below:

  • PayPal: 3 to 5 business days
  • Credit Card: Up to 10 business days

Return Policy

At WANDER PRINTS, we recognize that sometimes issues may occur with your purchase, and we aim to make the return process as seamless as possible. For certain situations, we offer a "No Need to Return" policy. This means you don't have to physically send the item back to us.

Instead of returning your items, which can consume your valuable time and money, simply provide us with detailed information and photos of the items you received. This will allow us to efficiently resolve your issue without the need for a return.
